Bell’s first two years in high school were spent at Chattanooga Central High School in Harrison, Tennessee, where Bell received all district awards. Bell went on to attend Ridgeland High School in Rossville, Georgia. In his senior year, Bell was the captain of Ridgeland to winning the Georgia Class AAAA state championship, but fell against Sandy Creek 41-10. Bell was rated by both Rivals.com as well as Scout.com for being a 5 star prospect and was ranked as the top two safety players across the nation.
