Streetbeat is your investing co-pilot offering personalized investment advice, automated trading strategies, and market analysis. It uses the same data analysis and technology commonly used by top Wall Street hedge funds.
Introduction to Streetbeat
Streetbeat is an AI-powered advisor for creating custom, automated investment portfolios. You can invest in companies with stable dividends and no military involvement. Streetbeat positions your investments for future increased revenue. Some manual trading options are available only for US stocks and ETFs.
Like some of the best robo-advisors, Streetbeat's automated portfolio options invest in assets like REITs, bonds, stocks, ETFs, crypto-related assets, and more. Portfolios are tailored to your preferences, while generative AI pulls from real-time news, mergers, analyst ratings, earnings calls, price targets, and acquisitions to suggest and manage portfolios.
Streetbeat is best for beginners and passive traders who want to inform their stock and ETF picks with professional data on mobile. The platform allows you to trade either with your own strategies or the ones it has selected. However, Streetbeat does not offer many educational resources.
How Streetbeat Works
Streetbeat has a handful of strong investment features and tools like a back-testing performance simulation, automatic rebalancing, allocation recommendations, and an AI Advisor feature that provides users with transparent trading advice based on real-time market analysis.
Streetbeat trades stocks, bonds, ETFs, and REITs. You can open a new taxable brokerage account with Streetbeat, or connect it with your Robinhood Investing account. Currently, Streetbeat does not support other external brokerage accounts. Alpaca Securities LLC powers all Streetbeat brokerage services.
Managed Portfolios
Streetbeat offers various pre-built investment portfolios, including:
- US House and Congress Buys: This portfolio option tracks the performance of stocks purchased by US House and Congress members and their family members. It's rebalanced daily and weighted based on reported purchase size.
- Generative AI Revolution: This portfolio invests in a diversified selection of generative AI companies with stable dividends, steady returns, and no military involvement. The aim is to increase future revenue.
- Top Gov Contract Recipients: This portfolio blends the top 20 government contract recipients. Government contract recipients are weighted by the announcement contract value and are measured with an exceptional moving average. It is rebalanced daily.
- Bond Ladder 8.11% YTM: This portfolio aims for an 8.11% yield to maturity. It invests in various bond ETFs that impact the Fed's interest rate generation.
- EcoGrowth Titans: This portfolio is essentially an ESG investing portfolio that invests in a blend of green tech, renewable energy companies, and green ETFs with the goal of long-term capital appreciation. Portfolios get exposure to the clean technology sector and may provide a hedge against the traditional energy market.
Other popular pre-built portfolio options include a Crypto Exposure portfolio, a Nancy Pelosi Track portfolio, and a Taylor Swift Strategy. You can also customize your own portfolio using Streetbeat's AI-based algorithms and other personal factors.
Streetbeat Tuition Rewards Program
With Streetbeat's Tuition Rewards Program, you can earn points that can be redeemed for tuition credits at over 450 US colleges and universities. Points never expire. Streetbeat account holders can use these points for themselves or an extended family member.
One point equals $1 in tuition reduction. A participating college or university can accept tuition points up to 25% of the cost of tuition based on your freshman year tuition. For example, if a college's tuition is $50,000 per year when you join as a freshman, you'd get a discount of up to $12,500 per year for four years.
You can earn Tuition Reward Points on an annual or monthly subscription, on the first $1,000 deposit in your account, and by inviting friends to join Streetbeat. You'll also earn 10% of your Assets Under Management (AUM) points each year.
Streetbeat Fees
Streetbeat doesn't require a minimum investment. However, it does charge a $9 monthly fee. An annual subscription costs $69 per year (equivalent to $5.75 per month). New users can take advantage of the platform's seven-day free trial.
Streetbeat doesn't charge fees for management strategies and incoming wire transfers. There is a transfer conversation rate of 0.50%, an ACH return fee of $25, a 2% debit card deposit fee, and a $100 ACAT out transfer fee.

Streetbeat Alternatives
Streetbeat vs. Betterment
Betterment Investing is one of the best robo-advisors for personalized ETF and cryptocurrency portfolios. Streetbeat and Betterment are both automated online brokerages suitable for hands-off investors, but they differ in terms of fees, trading tools, and account options.
Betterment is a stronger automated investing platform for socially responsible investing, stock and bond ETFs, and goal-based investing. Betterment also offers tax-loss harvesting and CFP access, which are both features Streetbeat doesn't have. But investors must have a premium Betterment account ($100,000 minimum requirement) to get human advisor access.
Streetbeat may be a good option for folks with an existing Robinhood brokerage account who want to link it to a Streetbeat account. By linking a brokerage account to Streetbeat, you'll get access to generative AI investing strategies, real-time market data, and curated portfolios on top of existing perks from the external broker.
Streetbeat vs. Fidelity Go
Fidelity Go is one of the best robo-advisors for beginners and mutual funds. Similar to Streetbeat, Fidelity Go has no minimum account requirement. But the two investment apps vary when it comes to investable assets, account options, and fees.
If you're looking to trade ETFs, Streetbeat is the better choice, as Fidelity Go is one of the few robo-advisors that does not offer ETFs. The reverse can be said for mutual funds, as Streetbeat does not offer mutual funds, but Fidelity Go does. Fidelity Go is better for retirement-focused investors and those looking to invest in a health savings account.
