Their father's name is Aaron. Their mother, Rachel Coleman, is the co-creator of Signing Time! with their aunt Emilie Brown. Their younger sister, Lucy, was born prematurely and because of her spina bifida and cerebral palsy, she was told she would never speak or sign. However, she managed to defy both counts.
