Brian Glynn is one of the most popular and richest Ice Hockey Player who was born on November 23, 1967 in Iserlohn, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Glynn later played for two seasons playing for The Hartford Whalers and scored 11 points in 97 games between 1994-95 and the 1995-96 seasons. After playing in just an appearance for the Whalers during the 1996-97 season Glynn was part of an important deal that took place between Hartford with the Detroit Red Wings. Glynn was part of the trade on October 9 trade of 1996, which resulted in the Whalers also send their captain Brendan Shanahan, to Detroit in exchange for Paul Coffey, Keith Primeau as well as a first-round draft selection. Glynn was never a part of Detroit because they assigned him to the International Hockey League’s San Antonio Dragons where he played in 62 games. Glynn had his final professional season in 1997-98 Germany in which he played in the team of Kolner Haie of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL).

Glynn started the 1990-91 season with Salt Lake and then was a part of with the Minnesota North Stars on October 26th, 1990, following Calgary swapped him to Frank Musil. Glynn played in 66 regular season games for Minnesota and also during 23 playoff matches, as Minnesota North Stars made a Cinderella run into their first Stanley Cup Final before losing to the Pittsburgh Penguins. A defensive player who was a journeyman, Glynn frequently changed teams during the subsequent seasons. He was ultimately an integral part of seven franchises during his 10-year career. Minnesota traded Glynn for the Edmonton Oilers on January 21 1992, in exchange in exchange for David Shaw. After a year and half in Edmonton the team was shipped back to Ottawa. Ottawa Senators for a draft selection on September 15th in 1993. However, after just a few games with the Senators He was subsequently claimed as a waiver to Vancouver’s Vancouver Canucks. Glynn played just 16 games during the regular season for Vancouver and also appeared in 17 playoff games when the Canucks made it to, and then defeated in the final of the 1994 Stanley Cup Final.
